This notice has been prepared under Article 10 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) to inform visitors to our website, people who submit contact or quotation forms, and users of the AI House Plan tool.
Data controller
Your personal data is processed by Aks Çizgi Prefabrik Yapı Teknolojileri as the data controller.
Information about quotation and contact forms
Your full name, telephone number, optional email address and city, building type and project description submitted through the quotation form are processed to assess your request and contact you.
Form submissions are emailed to the relevant team. Quotation requests are not additionally stored in the website administration panel or a separate quotation database table. Messages held by the email provider remain accessible to authorized personnel for the period necessary to operate the email service and meet legal obligations.
Categories of personal data processed
Depending on the service you use, some or all of the following data may be processed:
Identity and contact
First name, last name, email address, telephone number and city.
Requests and projects
Building type, project details, messages, AI layout preferences and generated design records.
Transaction security
IP address, date and time, browser and device information, access and application logs.
Usage data
Pages visited, language preferences and analytics relating to website interactions.
Please do not enter sensitive personal data or information about third parties that is unnecessary for your project in free-text fields.

Data is collected wholly or partly by automated means through web forms, email and telephone communications, cookies and similar technologies, and server logs.
Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be shared with the following recipients, where relevant and limited to the stated purpose:
- Service providers supplying hosting, email, cybersecurity, maintenance, analytics and AI infrastructure,
- Authorized employees, business partners and suppliers involved in handling your quotation or project,
- Authorized public bodies, judicial authorities and legally authorized persons to fulfil legal obligations.
Where personal data is transferred abroad, the applicable adequacy decision, appropriate safeguards or occasional transfer conditions under Article 9 of the KVKK are relied upon, and the necessary security and notification procedures are followed.
Retention periods and data security
Data is retained for the period required for its processing purpose and the limitation or retention periods specified by applicable law. At the end of that period, it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the law.
Appropriate technical and organizational measures, including access controls, record keeping, up-to-date software, secure communication and service provider checks, are applied to prevent unauthorized access, loss, alteration and disclosure.
Your rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to the data controller to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether your data is used for that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
- Request deletion or destruction of data under the conditions set out in law and notification of these actions to third parties to whom it was transferred,
- Object to an outcome against you resulting exclusively from automated analysis,
- Seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing

How to make a request
You may send your request concerning your rights, together with information identifying you and explaining your request, in writing to the postal address above or by email to info@akscizgiprefabrik.com . Your request will be answered as soon as possible according to its nature and no later than the period specified by law.
Additional information may be requested to verify your identity and resolve your request securely. If you need to share an identity document, you may obscure unnecessary fields.
